On September 17th, 2019 First Lieutenant Jose Vitali and Senior Deputy Jared Paynter trained members from Explorer Post 3401 on conducting "Traffic Stops." Traffic Stop's are never considered routine and they are constantly evolving throughout its duration. We were able to demonstrate for the Cadets several approaches to consider and how to determine the most appropriate one for the situation at hand. As our Explorer Post 3401 continues to grow, the law enforcement knowledge of the Cadets will as well.
