Human Resources (HR) is committed to providing the citizens of DeSoto County with a diverse, competent, well trained and professional workforce. HR provides a variety of services for DeSoto County Sheriff's Office employees. Our goal is to ensure employees are managed fairly, are well trained, supported and assigned job duties to accomplish the DeSoto County Sheriff's primary goal of keeping our community safe.
